Representation of Dupont Property Holdings in development of the Dupont Plaza project. We handled submerged land and marina issues and represented Dupont in the acquisition financing for the ground lease. We also negotiated a settlement with the Florida Department of Transportation on right of way issues. The Dupont Plaza project involved financing, construction, and development of two residential towers, and demolition of an existing building.
