Acquisition, Financing & Development

Subsidiary of a Mexican company
Representation of the subsidiary of a Mexican company in the purchase of a hotel in downtown Miami, and in connection with the property development for multiple condominium towers. The assemblage of the property required acquisition of 2/3 of a downtown city block from five different owners and multiple ground lessees, negotiation with a labor union, as well as the acquisition of the operating hotel. We also obtained the Major Use Special Permit to allow the development of two high-rise condominium towers on the site.
