Represented and put together a successful team, including Atlanta-based Concessions International and Hispanic-owned Las Vegas Restaurant II Corp., for the submission of a proposal to serve as master developer for the food concessions at Miami International Airport. As lead counsel, we negotiated the relationship among the parties, handled the Request for Proposals process, led public presentations, and defended bid protests and administrative challenges to our client's award of the master developer contract.
