As chair of the Hospitality practice, Suzanne leads the Real Estate team in the financing of hotels and hotel loan restructurings, including the servicing of CMBS loans for the industry. She handles all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, commercial mortgage backed securities, real estate mortgage investment conduits, mezzanine financing and loan restructurings. She is very active in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development.
