Amaducci, was honored for the second year in a row in South Florida Business Journal's "2015 Power Leaders in Real Estate." The top 100 "Power Leaders" are selected based on their consistent involvement in high-profile real estate deals that accentuate the real estate industry's rapid growth since the recession.
Suzanne has emerged as a power leader both within her firm and the commercial real estate industry. As chair of Bilzin Sumberg's Hospitality practice, Suzanne leads the Real Estate group in hotel financing and loan restructuring, including the servicing of CMBS loans for the industry. She oversees all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, mixed-use development, leasing, public private partnerships, commercial mortgage backed securities, and loan restructurings. She is also active in the areas of marina and hotel acquisition, finance and development.
Suzanne has been recognized by various esteemed legal publications, such as Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers and South Florida Legal Guide.
