We are committed to providing our associates with the skill sets imperative to situating themselves as leaders in the legal profession, through formal and informal training. We place an emphasis on training and developing our associates to provide the same quality legal counsel and client service as our senior partners. More
Work Assignments
The best way for Summer Associates to learn about the types of work we do and what life is like at Bilzin Sumberg is to let them choose the assignments that interest them most and then let them take an active role in those assignments. Summer Associates attend and participate in client conferences, as well as attend court hearings, trials and transaction closings. More
Evaluation Process And Offers
Our goal is to provide constant feedback to our Summer Associates throughout the summer program. The Summer Associate mentors meet periodically with the summer associates to review their projects and discuss any points of constructive feedback. More
