Bilzin Sumberg's Commercial Finance attorneys are dedicated to assisting clients in a wide variety of industries in structuring and negotiating the financing they need to grow and successfully operate their businesses. We represent debtors and creditors, including private equity firms, investment and mezzanine funds, investment and commercial banks, and finance companies and alternative lending sources in virtually every type of financial transaction.

Our commercial finance team routinely handles large and complex lending and other financial and commercial transactions, including asset based, cash flow and working capital financings; mortgage warehouse lines of credit and repurchase facilities; letters of credit; syndicated credit facilities; subordinated and mezzanine debt; intercreditor arrangements; automobile and other inventory / floor plan financings; equipment leasing; hedging and repurchase transactions; and the restructuring and reorganization of debtors, typically in high profile matters both inside and outside of bankruptcy proceedings.

Representation of a debt fund and property fund in connection with separate private placement fund offerings of limited partnership interests. Upon completion of the offerings, the funds expect to raise a combined amount of up to $4.0 billion.
