Michelle R. Weber

Michelle R. Weber is a senior executive with almost 30 years' experience in law firm management and serves as Bilzin Sumberg’s Chief Operating Officer. Michelle works very closely with the Managing Partner and Executive Committee to assist in developing and implementing organizational and business goals, strategic plans, and administrative policies. Michelle directs the supervisory staff of Directors in the daily firm operations.

In her role, Michelle has focused on organizational team building; cost control management; financial analyses & forecasting; new business strategies; and efficiency and work flow procedures. Through these efforts, Michelle has improved administrative operations, reduced operating expenses, and guided practice groups to high profit margins.

Michelle's top priority at the firm is to ensure that each of the 250+ employees of Bilzin Sumberg embodies the Firm's goal of providing our clients with preeminent legal representation.

Michelle has an M.B.A. from the City University of New York, Zicklin School of Business. She is a Member of the Large Firm Caucus of the Association of Legal Administrators, and a member of the Executive Board of Directors for Florida Foster Care Review.
