Adam is helping this generation of real estate developers build their portfolios and redefine the landscape of South Florida. Adam focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures involving retail, office, industrial, raw land, condominiums, and hotels.  

Adam is active in various local charitable and real estate organizations, including serving as a Board member and Chair of the Attorneys Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and as Chair of the Miami-Dade Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

What is the biggest challenge facing South Florida?
Transportation.  We must address the traffic issues and the lack of public transportation.
