Adam focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and joint ventures involving retail, office, industrial, raw land, condominiums, and hotels.
Adam is active in various local charitable and real estate organizations, including serving as a Board member and Chair of the Attorneys Division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and as Chair of the Miami-Dade Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Transportation. We must address the traffic issues and the lack of public transportation.
