Robert L. Raskopf
A prominent trial and appellate lawyer with decades of experience driving successful outcomes for clients in the courtroom, Bob’s litigation counsel focuses on intellectual property, media, sports, entertainment, and privacy issues. His representation has covered disputes involving trademarks, false advertising, copyright, defamation, trade libel, First Amendment, privacy/publicity, product configuration and product disparagement, trade dress, trade secrets, and access to courts and governmental proceedings. He has litigated numerous cases through trial and appeal, both jury and non-jury, in state and federal court, and has been counsel of record in over 100 reported decisions.
