Advised real estate developer Ambar3 in connection with financing for Ambar Station, a 576-unit apartment complex in Miami, Florida. The complex transaction included a $142 million construction loan which was syndicated between three different construction lenders, $128 million in tax exempt bonds, and subordinate financing from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, as well as tax credit equity.
