DescriptionBilzin Sumberg is seeking a highly skilled individual to handle conflicts searching and reporting and client/matter intake. The duties include searching for potential conflicts in the firm's database, as well as organizing and interpreting search results. Responsibilities include handling large volumes of data, and preparing and proofreading data and reports. The position also entails communicating with attorneys in the firm in an effort to clear potential conflicts and obtaining information for client and matter opening.

Experience RequiredCandidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with online research tools is required. Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and an ability to work under pressure are imperative. Major law firm experience preferred.
