DescriptionBilzin Sumberg is seeking a real estate secretary with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working on real estate transactions from beginning to end, including but not limited to, conducting and reviewing title searches; preparing closing statements; coordinating, and attending closings; and knowledge of processing and post-closing duties. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a multi-task environment. Major law firm experience preferred.
