Ilana Drescher
Ilana Drescher guides clients through complex business litigation and antitrust disputes. Her practice focuses on defending food and beverage companies and other consumer product companies in false advertising, deceptive labeling, and products liability class actions, and representing major opt-out plaintiffs in price fixing antitrust multidistrict litigation. Her recent high-profile class action and antitrust work includes the $350 million Capacitors antitrust litigation against the largest capacitors manufacturers and representing some of the biggest names in the restaurant industry in the landmark Broiler Chicken antitrust litigation.
I am particularly proud of this period in my life because it taught me resilience and gave me a profound sense of commitment. I believe these are life lessons and important character traits that have had an evident impact on my career as an attorney.
