Q & A
How do you provide value to your clients?
I proactively seek to understand our clients’ overall business objectives so that I can provide a cohesive litigation strategy to clients that takes their business and legal needs into account. I excel at quickly grasping the facts and issues involved in our clients’ disputes and I tenaciously tackle problems or issues as they arise. I also cultivate trust by keeping my clients informed about their case, while providing practical insight and sound legal advice.
How do you maximize efficiency?
I am deeply involved in every step of the process. I have an overarching view of the litigation process and the timeline to accomplish necessary tasks. I also have an appreciation for the effort required to reach our goals. This insight allows me to ask targeted questions, take immediate actions, and anticipate future tasks, challenges, and deadlines. The result is maximized value for the time I spend on my cases and the services rendered, while avoiding any form of duplication.
Which past experiences have most shaped your career?
I have always had a strong desire to promote human rights, whether it be through my service work in South America or advocating for trafficking victims during law school. The concept of justice inspired me to learn about the law, how it affects communities, and how it can be used to improve lives.
