GET TO KNOW John
John assists commercial developers in complex real estate deals, whether that means helping clients invest in an up-and-coming market or unloading properties at just the right time. He offers counsel during the acquisition and disposition phases of a company's assets, often handling the financing and commercial leasing components of each transaction. 

In addition to representing commercial developers, John also assists homebuilders in purchasing large acreages for residential development. Because his clients are purchasing and selling properties across the United States, John is familiar with real estate markets across the country.

What kind of relationship do you have with your clients?
I consider myself an extension of my clients' internal teams, focused on helping them meet their business goals.  I prefer taking a collaborative, collective approach, and I enjoy being the cool-headed teammate. Most of my clients appreciate my calm demeanor when they're in the middle of a big deal.
How broad is the geographic scope of your work?
My reach extends far beyond Florida. While I'm assisting a client with major acquisitions in West Palm Beach and Jacksonville, I'm also working on a construction loan for a project in New Jersey; and I recently closed a loan for an asset located in Dallas.   
How do you keep your client's costs down?
When it comes to billing, I really try to see eye to eye with my client. I keep them up to date on what’s going on, so there are no surprises or disappointments. I manage their expectations, keep them apprised of things along the way, and ensure there's nothing alarming.
