Benjamin Mitchel
Benjamin Mitchel is a commercial litigation attorney who focuses his practice on business disputes, financial services, and anti-trust litigation. A problem solver and natural advocate, Ben helps clients find practical solutions for their most difficult challenges.
Ben held leadership positions throughout his academic career, including serving as editor of the Florida Law Review, president of his fraternity, and captain of his basketball team. He also served as Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida where he conducted legal research, prepared memoranda of law, and drafted Orders and Reports & Recommendations pertaining to a variety of criminal and civil cases.
