Q & A
How is corporate finance changing to facilitate deal making in today’s economy?
Financing structures are becoming more and more complex to accommodate today’s fast-paced, asset-driven economy. We often use creative, non-traditional approaches to structure multi-layered transactions with multiple entities. Such sophisticated structures offer clients a great deal of flexibility and help the Bilzin Sumberg's legal team provide the most effective, efficient solutions to attain clients’ goals.
