How is corporate finance changing to facilitate deal making in today’s economy?
Financing structures are becoming more and more complex to accommodate today’s fast-paced, asset-driven economy. We often use creative, non-traditional approaches to structure multi-layered transactions with multiple entities. Such sophisticated structures offer clients a great deal of flexibility and help Bilzin Sumberg's legal team provide the most effective, efficient solutions to attain clients’ goals.
What has impressed you most since joining Bilzin Sumberg?
I am most impressed with the firm's use of legal practice technologies to deliver great service to its clients.
