Q & A
Which prior experiences have most shaped your practice?
Serving as an Assistant Public Defender armed me with an entirely different skill set, providing me with a unique ability to frame key issues, craft a persuasive story, develop a high-level winning strategy, and think quickly on my feet. What differentiates me from other attorneys is that I have more practical experience, having tried over 25 jury trials. I thrive in situations where the odds are seemingly stacked against my client.
What recent win are you most proud of?
We recently obtained a voluntary dismissal of federal action for breach of contract brought against a mortgage originator after gaining favorable concessions during the deposition of Plaintiff.

“It is important to be constantly learning about your client’s industry and how it functions underneath the law because the more knowledge you have, the more power you have in shaping strong business deals.”
