Q & A
Why do international or foreign clients appreciate your perspective?
I offer U.S. and foreign clients a unique experience to help them achieve their international business objectives. Having lived and worked on three continents, I possess a strong network of contacts, an understanding of how to do business abroad and a practical skillset to handle multinational transactions on behalf of domestic and foreign clients. In addition, my language skills are an important plus, not just with French and German clients, but in any multicultural setting.
What experience do you have, unique to the technology industry?

I worked for several years in Silicon Valley and regularly handled complicated technology development and licensing agreements, including deals opposite Google, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Microsoft, and many other major technology companies. I have handled venture financing in the technology space, with valuations ranging from $2 million to $400 million. I assist both foreign and domestic clients in forming joint ventures with local partners to monetize their technology and sell their businesses in the United States and elsewhere.

What experience do you have, unique to the entertainment industry?
I worked in Los Angeles, the heart of the entertainment industry, and have represented several entertainment clients, including a basketball team in its record-breaking $2 billion sale, entertainers raising money for music and film ventures, as well as advised entertainment start-ups in Hollywood.
