Christopher I. Pierson
Fluent in French and German, Chris has substantial experience abroad, including growing up and studying in France and Germany, studying in Vietnam and clerking at law firms in both Tokyo and Paris. He regularly works with international clients doing business in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
I worked for several years in Silicon Valley and regularly handled complicated technology development and licensing agreements, including deals opposite Google, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Microsoft, and many other major technology companies. I have handled venture financing in the technology space, with valuations ranging from $2 million to $400 million. I assist both foreign and domestic clients in forming joint ventures with local partners to monetize their technology and sell their businesses in the United States and elsewhere.
