Representation of one of the largest privately owned development companies in Florida in connection with a joint venture with a private equity firm to develop a luxury high-rise condominium project in Naples, Florida. Our representation included complex tax structuring, as well as the negotiation of a joint venture agreement, a development management agreement, and a sales and marketing agreement for the development and sale of the nearly 90 condominium units in the first tower of the project.
