Representation, as local counsel, of New York based luxury real estate development and construction firm regarding the acquisition of and pre-development financing for 13 homes in Miami Beach, Florida for approximately $46 million. Dealing with 13 individual sellers and numerous tenants that needed to vacate the properties was a significant challenge. Our client plans to demolish all 13 homes and develop a residential condominium.
