Served as counsel to the client in connection with virtually all transactional matters with respect to the development of The Plaza Coral Gables project. The Plaza Coral is a 5.8-acre mixed-use development site with nearly 700,000 square feet of residential, office and retail space. It will have two high-rise Class A office towers, a 14 story luxury hotel, a high-rise rental apartment tower, rental apartment townhouses, two floors of high-end retail, and related parking and common areas. This is the largest real estate development project the City of Coral Gables has ever seen.
