Representation of RUDG, LLC, a prominent affordable-housing developer, through all phases of a Miami-Dade County procurement process relating to a mixed-use, mixed-income transportation-oriented development adjacent to a rapid-transit station on County-owned land in the City of Hialeah. Assisted client in reviewing and commenting on solicitation documents, preparing a proposal, and addressing regulatory compliance issues throughout the procurement process. The proposed development includes 279 affordable and workforce housing units and 99 elderly units, plus a surface parking lot, public art plaza, public art installations, and 13,000 square feet of retail space.
