Representation of a joint venture, and 10 other corporate and individual clients, in defense of a third party complaint by a condominium association seeking over $120 million in alleged damages. The association's primary claim was that the third party defendants conspired to fraudulently prevent the sale of the condominium. Our team successfully obtained a dismissal with prejudice of all claims.
