Representation of Miami-Dade County Clerk of Courts in a multi-count, putative class action which sought damages from the Clerk and the Clerk's debt collection agency in connection with the Clerk's assessment of late fees on traffic tickets. Obtained dismissal of the case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
