Kent Koch Joins Habitat For Humanity of Greater Miami Young Professionals Board of Directors

Miami, FL – Kent Koch, an attorney in Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP's Real Estate Group, was elected to the 2013-2014 Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami Young Professionals Board of Directors.

Mr. Koch will sit on the board as Family Services Co-Chair. In this role, he will advise families seeking enrollment in the Habitat program about the home placement process.

Habitat Young Professionals (HYP) supports Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami's mission of transforming lives and communities by providing low-income families with affordable homeownership opportunities. HYP raises funds, promotes volunteerism and creates awareness about Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami.

Mr. Koch represents residential, office and retail developers and institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions. He routinely drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan documents and commercial leases, and counsels clients on a range of matters related to the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial properties.
