Effective January 1, 2015, Real Estate attorney L. Kent Koch and Environmental attorney Cristina A. Lumpkin became the firm's newest partners.

Kent Koch
Kent has extensive experience representing real estate developers and institutional lenders throughout all stages of real estate development, including acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and operation. Kent is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Cristina A. Lumpkin
Cristina advises clients on all aspects of environmental law, including transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. Cristina represents homebuilders and commercial real estate developers throughout all phases of the land development process. She advises clients on pre-acquisition environmental due diligence, working with the client's environmental consultants to ensure the appropriate scope and methods of site assessment. Cristina has been recognized by Chambers USA in Environmental Law for 2013 and 2014.
