Cristina A. Lumpkin Elected as CREW-Miami's 2016 President

MIAMI, FL – Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod is pleased to announce that Environmental attorney Cristina A. Lumpkin was voted President-elect of the 2015 CREW-Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women) Board of Directors. Cristina will serve as President-elect in 2015, and her term as President will begin in 2016. CREW-Miami is the leading commercial real estate organization in Miami, with over 250 members representing 40 disciplines in the commercial real estate industry.

Cristina has been actively involved with the CREW-Miami Board since 2013, where she served as the Hospitality Committee Co-Chair. In 2014, Cristina served as Network-Liaison Director, where she represented the Miami chapter while working with delegates from other CREW chapters in preparation for CREW Network's Annual Convention, which was held in Miami Beach in October 2014.

Cristina's environmental law practice encompasses transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. She represents commercial real estate developers and homebuilders throughout all phases of the land development process, and assists with obtaining environmental permits at the local, state and federal level. She also advises clients on pre-acquisition environmental due diligence, working with the client's environmental consultants to ensure the appropriate scope and methods of site assessment.

Cristina will be the third Bilzin Sumberg attorney to serve as CREW-Miami President. Real Estate attorney Karyl Argamasilla served in 2014; Real Estate partner Suzanne M. Amaducci-Adams served in 2010.
