Affordable Housing Associate

Bilzin Sumberg is seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience to join our Affordable Housing & Tax Credit practice. The ideal candidate will have experience representing developers, lenders, or investors in complex real estate and project finance transactions, including matters involving low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bonds, and layered public and private financing structures.  This role will work closely with partners to advise developers and investors on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of affordable housing transactions and requires exceptional attention to detail. 

Strong academic credentials and major law firm experience are preferred. Admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission, is required.
