Description
Bilzin Sumberg is seeking a Document Production Specialist for the closing shift (Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), with participation in a year-round rotating weekend on-call schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of document production experience in a large law firm or professional services environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, is required. Experience with legal technology applications such as iManage, Litera Compare, Best Authority, DocuSign, and digital transcription software is preferred. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and document automation technologies is a plus.Responsibilities include creating, formatting, editing, proofreading, and troubleshooting complex legal, business, and PDF documents; managing document conversions, redlining, Track Changes, styles, advanced numbering, cross-references, tables of contents, and tables of authorities; and collaborating with IT to resolve document-related issues. The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment, effectively prioritize competing deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure. Strong technical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, client-service mindset are essential. Major law firm experience is required.
