Public-Private Partnerships (P3) / Project Development Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of sophisticated project development experience which may include public-sector transactional experience or transactional real estate experience focused on development related practices.

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and contract drafting skills. Major law firm or related public-sector experience preferred.
