About the Conference

Held since 2018, Bilzin Sumberg’s Development Conference has served as the premier venue for exploring emerging development trends and the latest changes in the South Florida real estate market. The forum brings together real estate developers, investors, lenders, and other practitioners from the South Florida real estate development community to exchange knowledge and gain insights into the most salient economic, business, and legal issues impacting the real estate sector in the region. Garnering over 300 participants every year, the Development Conference features an array of seasoned industry speakers and panelists, with recent keynote speakers including Jeff Krasnoff, Chief Executive Officer of Rialto Capital Management; Stephen M. Ross, Chairman and Founder of Related Companies; and Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.
