Miami Shipyard Redeveloped to Accommodate Large Modern Ships

Representation of RMK Merrill-Stevens in the redevelopment and modernization of the oldest marine shipyard on the Miami River. Representation included identifying required permits and helping to expedite permits through the City of Miami Zoning and Building Department, as well as zoning and construction permitting, and coordination with marine engineers. Once completed, the shipyard will be able to accommodate vessels up to 254 feet.
