Negotiation of Master Ground Lease for Short-Term Hotel


Served as local counsel to a tenant in the review of a master lease for a property to be used as a short-term hotel. Located in Miami Beach, Florida, the property consists of 26 hotel units, ground floor retail space, and a pool and roof deck on the top floor. Performed a zoning analysis and advised client about City of Miami Beach zoning regulations and prior zoning approvals as relates to the intended use of the property.
