Curator of an Estate
Successful representation of a court-appointed curator of an estate to recover property misappropriated from the estate. Motion for partial summary judgment was granted which removed any claim by the adverse defendant of ownership rights to any assets of the estate. Subsequently a motion for final summary judgment was granted which awarded over $1.5 million of damages in favor of the estate against the defendant.
