Resolution of International CRT Antitrust Claims

Counsel to major international distributors of cathode-ray tubes (CRTs) in negotiating settlements of their claims related to a global price-fixing conspiracy in which the world’s largest manufacturers of CRTs conspired to raise prices and control production capacity. Successfully negotiated settlements with multiple defendants in excess of €50 million to resolve litigations pending in European courts.
