Representation of Naftali Group in negotiating a $230 million construction loan and $235 million C-Pace construction loan for the $650 million 67-story “JEM Residences” luxury tower in downtown Miami, Florida. The complex financing was closed immediately following the vertical subdivision of the property which bifurcated the property into multiple “air-rights” parcels covering condominium, multi-family rental, and retail components.
