Florida's SB 360 and the Effects of the New Zoning Codes

On June 18, 2009, Bilzin Sumberg Partner Carter N. McDowell participated in a teleconference presented by Law Seminars International that discussed Florida Growth Management CS SB 360. Governor Charlie Crist signed SB 360, which provides certain exemptions for dense urban areas in qualifying cities and counties,into law on June 1, 2009.
