He was on the panels discussing "The Remedies Opinion" and "Opinions on Substantive Law Issues."

Mr. Siegel, a corporate finance lawyer, is a leading authority in Florida in the area of complex corporate multi-state finance transactions, including UCC and real estate related matters.
