A member of the Joint Steering Committee and the principal author of the Remedies Section of The Florida Bar Opinions Report, Robert Siegel was a featured panelist at the Florida Bar's CLE Program, "Legal Opinions Customary Practice in Florida: What Florida Business Lawyers Need to Know" held at the Epic Hotel in Miami on May 17th and at the Airport Marriot in Tampa on May 18th. He was on the panels discussing "The Remedies Opinion" and "Opinions on Substantive Law Issues."

Mr. Siegel, a corporate finance lawyer, is a leading authority in Florida in the area of complex corporate multi-state finance transactions, including UCC and real estate related matters. As a result, he has extensive experience in providing guidance to out-of-state attorneys and their clients on Florida law matters, and in rendering Florida legal opinions, as local counsel in multi-state finance transactions.
