Litigation Partner David M. Gersten will present the webinar Notable Decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2010 2011 Term. During the session, presented by the National Judicial College, Gersten will review the most important decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court from the 2010 - 2011 term. He will summarize the decisions of particular importance to judges with regard to constitutional, criminal and civil law.
