Scott Baena led a one-hour roundtable discussion featuring bankruptcy attorneys in Miami and discussed "Bankruptcies Best Practices as Discussed By Top Practitioners".
The seminar featured a day-long presentation on bankruptcies and foreclosures, in which the morning was devoted entirely to bankruptcy and the afternoon devoted entirely to foreclosure. Approximately 15 bankruptcy judges, civil state judges, and attorneys participated in the program.
