Estate planning for international clients is constantly evolving, and the last few years have been particularly active. Tax and regulatory developments in the U.S. and other countries have often made yesterday's planning techniques for the international client (and the domestic client with international connections) obsolete. Jennifer J. Wioncek discussed some of the important changes to the legal landscape and discuss how planners are advising in light of these changes.
