Terry M. Lovell participated in a panel discussion on Bonds 101 at the 2020 Florida’s Statewide Affordable Housing Conference. Panelists discussed when bonds are not the best tool and why, what type of rental developments are compatible with bonds and what types are not suitable, how bonds can help with first-time homeownership, and how bonds can be exchanged for tax credits for the borrower when the market is not conducive for using bonds.
