Bilzin Sumberg Inducted Into The Ibis Society of The University of Miami

Miami, Florida, August 3, 2006 The law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod, LLP has been inducted into the Ibis Society of the University of Miami (UM).

The Ibis Society was established in 1985 by the UM Board of Trustees to recognize organizations and individuals who have provided at least $250,000 in support of the University's research and academic missions.

Since it was founded in 1925, the University of Miami has grown to become an internationally recognized center for higher education.

John C. Sumberg, Managing Partner of Bilzin Sumberg, represented the firm at a reception hosted at the school's Lowe Art Museum, and was presented with a medallion in honor of the firm's induction into the Ibis Society.

"Our support is both an investment in our community, and a commitment on our part to furthering the high standards set by the University of Miami for academia and research," Mr. Sumberg said.
