Scott N. Wagner and Serge V. Pavluk Named as New Partners in 2011

Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP announced that Scott N. Wagner and Serge V. Pavluk were named as new partners, effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Wagner was promoted to partner in the Litigation Group and Mr. Pavluk became a partner in the firm's Corporate & Securities Group.

"We are very pleased to announce that Scott and Serge have been selected to become partners in the firm," said managing partner John C. Sumberg. "They have both done a great job and are well deserving of partnership."

Mr. Wagner, who graduated with his J.D. from Georgetown University, focuses his practice on complex litigation, including class actions. He has represented clients in federal multidistrict class actions, opt-out actions and international arbitrations involving antitrust, unfair and deceptive trade practices and products liability. Mr. Wagner joined Bilzin Sumberg in September of 2007. Mr. Pavluk joined Bilzin Sumberg in August of 2004, and is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and securities matters, and he represents both public and private companies in industries such as real estate development (including REITs), broadcasting and publishing, banking and financial services, construction, utilities, software and restaurants, among others.
