Bilzin Sumberg Launches Weekly Data Security Podcast: The Data Report

Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg is pleased to announce the launch of a weekly podcast on data security, information management, and the law. The Data Report podcast debuted in June 2017 and can be found at https://bilzin.com/we-think-big/podcasts. It is also available for download on iTunes and Google Play.

The host, Litigation Associate Jay Ward, will discuss how and why data breaches happen, why lawsuits or enforcement actions are brought, and how companies and individuals can take steps to protect themselves. The Data Report features a new podcast every Thursday and is designed to help everyone from small business owners to corporate counsel with the fundamentals of information management.

Jay focuses on data security, information management, and commercial litigation in his daily practice, giving him a unique perspective on how business owners can avoid losing customers or losing a lawsuit.
