Miami, FL – Bilzin Sumberg congratulates its Real Estate and Land Development & Government Relations Partner, Sara Barli Herald, on her appointment to the Board of the Directors of the International Women’s Forum (IWF), Florida Chapter. 

As a member of the Board, Sara will support the IWF in bringing together preeminent women of diverse backgrounds and significant accomplishments and providing them with a platform to share knowledge and exchange ideas, provide a network of support, and open possibilities for the women leaders of today and tomorrow.

Sara's in-depth experience spans real estate, banking, commercial transactions, P3, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Over the past two decades, Sara has been committed to optimizing companies and advancing communities with vision and leadership – working across the for-profit, non-profit, and public sectors. Her background as a C-level executive in seven verticals enables her to assist her clients in crafting creative solutions to complex business transactions, particularly those that involve the public sector. 

Sara has significant experience in leading non-profit organizations as a CEO, Board Member, and consulting strategic partner. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami and has been the recipient of many awards, among them, the American Red Cross Sara Hopkins Spectrum Award for Community Service and the Athena Award for Outstanding Business Woman.

The IWF is an invitation-only organization of women of significant achievement, representing different sectors, including doctors, lawyers, artists, businesswomen, activists, clergy, non-profit executives, entrepreneurs, elected officials, and others.
