Hannah Lidicker Honored in Connect CRE’s 2026 Women in Real Estate Awards

The awards recognize the achievements of women whose talent, drive and fresh ideas have helped them succeed and become influential in commercial real estate.
Hannah Lidicker is a transactional real estate attorney at Bilzin Sumberg, where her practice focuses on the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. Her practice includes complex transactions involving luxury residential, multifamily, mixed-use and hospitality developments. Hannah regularly represents developers, sponsors, and institutional real estate clients in connection with financing transactions.
Hannah has worked on major real estate transactions in Florida and across the country. Her experience includes more than $1 billion in financing for Toll Brothers' condominium and multifamily projects nationwide, as well as South Florida transactions including the $323.8 million construction financing for Four Seasons Residences Coconut Grove and the $239 million construction loan for Vita at Grove Isle. Her work on the Pendry Hotel & Residences Tampa demonstrates her ability to navigate innovative financing structures, with the project pairing a $230 million construction loan with $290 million in C-PACE financing. This project is believed to be one of Florida’s largest C-PACE transactions and among the first in the state to combine C-PACE with traditional construction financing.
Hannah is deeply engaged in the South Florida community through leadership, mentorship and professional organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Women's Fund Miami-Dade and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group. She is also a member of the Penn Club of Miami, the local Vanderbilt alumni network and Innovating Commerce Serving Communities.
