False GMO Advertising Suit Against Chipotle

A proposed class action lawsuit against Chipotle Mexican Grill was upheld by a federal judge in Florida. The plaintiff claimed that food sold by the chain contained animal products from animals raised on GMO ingredients, and so the chain's advertised claim that the food was free of GMOs was deceptive advertising.
